Gas valve without auxiliary energy    

Field of application, important components and functions of  gas valve CRH 6.
 
      
  1. Field of application: Especially for house-hold and industrial gas devices, like convectors (room heaters), water heaters with tank, smaller boilers, heat radiators, gas distributors, temperature and pressure, central regulating device for gas load and for similar utilizations like independent burgers and catering units.  
  2. Important components: The CRH 6 combined gas valve is multifunction regulating unit, what includes one principal closing valve, one combined temperature regulator, what is regulating the gas flow, one piezo-electric igniter and optionally one principal gas flow regulator, reduced gas load regulator. As option it is a digital ignition flame display unit, temperature delimiter and other accessories helping the build-in of gas valve.  
  3. The function of the principal components of the gas valve:
 
  3.1   Principal closing valve: You can find on the regulating panel two buttons (ON – OFF), with which you can switch on or switch off.  
 
3.2   Thermo electric flame controlling device: The buttons of the valve let works the thermo-magnet, which is burning safety device at continuous function of ignition burner  stops the gas flow if the flame is burning out.  
 
3.3   Mechanical temperature regulator: The gas valve includes mechanical temperature regulating thermostat with capillary tubes . This regulator works as room thermostat, which what you can do a combined regulation. Approaching the adjusted temperature the performance will be slowly reduced and then promptly stopped. In case of water heating devices you don’t need a reduced gas load because the device works in on/off system. The defined temperature range might be determined following the exigencies.  
 
3.4   Piezoelectric sparkler: The piezoelectric sparkling igniter is build-in the cover of the gas valve and ignites the burner of the gas device.  
 
3.5   Ignition lock: the standards and prescriptions are prohibiting the direct ignition of the principal burner over a determined performance (4kW), that’s why in case of gas flowing to the principal burner inhibits the electric spark, so at the sparkling the burners don’t receives gas flow.  
 
3.6   Pressure regulator or principal regulator of gas flow: Following the requirements the gas valve can include a gas regulator or a bolt for the main regulating of gas flow. At certain supply fields or certain gas types the device can not include pressure regulator, but on other field you may need or may be favourable the use of a pressure regulator.    
 
3.7   Reduced gas flow regulator: depending from the use it may be necessary the utilization of a combined temperature regulation. After the gradual reduction of the performance is necessary to avoid the prompt stopping of the gas flow, in sense to avoid the undesired effects as incomplete burning (CO formation) or not accepted jumping ignitions. The bolt for the regulation of gas load makes possible the steady regulation of the performance or may include a nozzle, what’s determining the gas load in advance, so it makes easier or faster the regulation of the device.  
 
3.8   Digital display of the ignition flame’s state: It is a display with two (red and green LEDs (light emissions diodes), which will be active when appears the piezoelectric voltage (trying of ignition) and based on thermo-voltage gives information about the ignition process. It is especially favourable, when it is impossible or difficult to see the ignition flame. With this display the user must only push the ignition button for the necessary time, which in all cases satisfies the buyer requirements against the product. The display will automatically shut-down after the ignition process, for a longer of the battery.  
 
3.9   Temperature limiters: The gas valve may include following the requirement of the buyer, a temperature limiter, which is cutting down the thermoelectric circuit of the device, so the thermo magnet shuts down the complete gas flow. This kind of temperature limiter might be the thermo limiter of overheating of the water heaters with tank, or the smoke sensors of chimney connected gas devices.  
 
3.10  Optional accessories helping the build-in of the gas valve: Bolts, sealing necessary for the connection of  ignition burner, thermo battery, igniter and principal gas lines. Depending from the requirement may receive an independent identifier so the buyer can at the next order  simply identify the set without ordering by components.
